Separation and divorce are among life’s most difficult experiences.
We bring over 40 years of combined experience, to resolve these challenges. We often negotiate Separation Agreements addressing Custody, Access, Child Support, Spousal Support and Property matters. We screen for domestic violence concerns and, where appropriate, act as counsel on Collaborative Family Law matters and coach clients through family law Mediations. We listen and together with clients, develop strategies, sometimes involving litigation or arbitration, to help clients move forward at appropriate times. We also help clients plan and negotiate Cohabitation Agreements and Marriage Contracts.
Recent Engagements
Mr. Thomas won an Motion for, among other things, child support and spousal support, where a payor was determined to earn in excess of $600,000, which was more than ten times his initially disclosed income. Mr.Thomas also won an Application for a grandmother to enjoy access to her grandsons in, understandably, emotionally charged circumstances.
